You have a DIGITUS® Plug & View camera and you want the others to watch the videos of the camera? For example, both parents would like to see the right side of the camera from their offices. This new feature can be useful if all family members want to access the same camera.
Previously, you had to sign in the system with the same account, in order to watch the video at the same time. But now, we bring you the brand new “Sharing- Function”, it allows you easily to release the camera as you wish to other users. With this new function you will have advantage, that you can allow the others access to your camera without the risik of leaking your account information.
Now, you can sharing images of your camera as an administrator, for example, with your friends, who is sitting at the PC , or with your grandparents , who are nesting on the couch with a tablet in hands, even your child, who grabs the images with his smartphone. They are all allowed to access to a camera, but you don´t have to worry about losing your Login Infomation, und it´s totally independent from the operating systems.
How does the „Sharing-Function“ work?
1. Step
In order to share the camera, the user must login und choose to the camera(s), the one will be shared.
2. Step
And the user must also choose the other users, them the administrator his camera share with.
3. Step
It will be showed in screen, if the opponent was successly added in the sharing list.
4. Step
Now the Video will be shared in the Plug&View web portal.
5. Step
Also the cameras can be accessed via the app (iOS and Android).
