Lüdenscheid, October 2013 – Assmann presents the latest addition to the Plug&View family. The OptiMax Pro comes with integrated microSD card. This enables the user to directly save recorded clips to a Google Drive account.
OptiMax Pro
With the Digitus OptiMax Pro, Assmann presents the successor to the Plug&View model OptiMax. The new camera has a 2-megapixel CMOS sensor with IR LEDs, thus ensuring crystal clear video resolution, day and night. The very robust, weather-resistant IP66 casing makes it especially suitable for outdoor use. The model is made available with the most recent version of Plug&View firmware installed.
Most notable innovation: The OptiMax Pro ships with a pre-installed 2 GB microSD card. With previous models this card had to be purchased and installed separately. The integrated memory card now makes it possible to synchronize the recorded clips with a Google Drive account, the card hereby fulfilling a buffer function. This way, the saved clips are loaded directly into the camera owner’s back-up archive.
